• Pay at pickup option is available where indicated.

4. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup: Orders must be picked up at the specified time. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes may be discarded.
• Delivery: Delivery is handled by our third-party partner. Delivery times and fees are determined by the delivery service.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are processed at our discretion for valid complaints.
• Contact us within 24 hours of your order for any issues.
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
• No refunds for orders that have been prepared and not picked up.

6. Catering Services

• Catering orders require a deposit to confirm booking.
• Full payment is due before the event date.
• Cancellation policies vary by event size and notice period.
• Menu and pricing must be confirmed in the final quote.

7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
