Our Story

From a humble street cart in Ahmedabad to serving authentic flavors across the globe - this is our journey of honesty.

A Legacy of Honest Flavors

In 1975, at the bustling Law Garden in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, a young Ramesh Gupta started something extraordinary with just a humble street cart. Armed with his wife Vimla's secret spice blend and an unwavering commitment to quality, he began serving what would become legendary - the Honest Bhaji Pav.

The name "Honest" wasn't just a brand - it was a promise. A promise of pure, authentic ingredients. A promise of transparent pricing. A promise that what you see is exactly what you get.

"To our fellow and honorary Indians, we hope you are reminded of home each time you eat at Honest. As for our first-time visitors, we welcome you and promise to expand your palate with some of our favorite Indian street foods."
